How do I know when someone purchased my product on GreenRoost.com?
When someone places an order for your product(s), you will receive an email notification with all the details. You will also be able to view and download your orders through your secure vendor section.
If you require orders to be sent to you in some other format or integrated with your order processing system, our technical team will be happy to set it up for you.
Do you charge a commission?
For products that are sold through this site GreenRoost charges a 10% commission (5% off our regular affiliate vendor rates) on all orders for our charter members. Compare that to the 25% to 50% commission and markup that a typical retail or online store would charge, plus your inventory and return commitments! This fee covers our credit card transaction processing, marketing, technical maintenance and moderation of this site.
As a vendor you can still price your products as you wish - whether you want to leave them as-is (plus 10%) or adjust downward to account for some percentage of the fee. Either way, you do not have to assume the risk of sending us inventory - you set your price at a level that is good for you, GreenRoost attracts the customer and takes the order, and you ship it and get paid exactly what you expect.
Will you charge me a monthly fee?
As a charter vendor you will continue listing your products here at
no charge to you. This is our way of saying thanks for being with us from the very beginning!
