“Organic”, “Grass-fed” and other meat hypes

Many of us are concerned about (and some of us are plain scared of) the meat products we consume: chickens fed with beef and growing in a 5 story cage, consuming antibiotics and other “growth” substances and (pardon my french here - each others’ poop!).
