Many of us are concerned about (and some of us are plain scared of) the meat products we consume: chickens fed with beef and growing in a 5 story cage, consuming antibiotics and other “growth” substances and (pardon my french here - each others’ poop!).

It is so easy to get overwhelmed with information and statistics about global warming, pollution, carbon footprints.. There is a lot going on, and it is easy to forget that your individual efforts really count, and sometimes count triple - help the planet, your local community and your wallet.
